The system supported worldwide order processing and production warehouse operations across interconnected business functions. It had to carry complex rules across finance, supply chain, inventory, production, sales, and customer account processes.
International currency and tax requirements, third-party logistics, financial systems, and other enterprise connections made the delivery challenge broader than a warehouse application alone.
What was delivered
Enterprise operations connected through practical software.
The platform included the core objects and application rules needed to simplify behavior and bind the system to its data. It supported reporting through SQL Server Reporting Services, international currency and tax processing, and integrations with third-party logistics, financial, and enterprise systems.
Delivery used Agile methods, including Scrum leadership, sprint planning, stories, tasks, and coordinated source-control and project-management practices.
